It's been a year since Fudge and Pepper came to live with us on December 17th. The pair of them still give us heaps of pleasure, and still lick us every day
bless them. Fudge is definitely the mischeivious baby brother while Pepper
prefers to be laid back, at least that is until he thinks he can burrow out of
the garden. They are seriously spolit bunnies (our friends joke that they must have their
own postcode as they own so much of the garden!).

Bruce has kept his
name, Ash has become Banksy, and Splodge and 2 Splodge are now Billy and
Basil...
The reaction from our other female rat Terrah has been most
bizarre... she could obviously smell the boys on my clothes and has since been
really calm and trusting around me! She leaps into my lap all the time and lets
me stroke her. Hasn't bitten either of us once since the boys arrived! She
hasn't actually seen them and they haven't seen her but she obviously likes the
smell of them! :-)

Harvey and Niggle
They have the run of the
house and garden and we wouldnt change them for the world - Harvey is
our little guard rabbit & Niggles is a little minx but both of them
LOVE cuddles. They have now taken to jumping onto our knees for a
cuddle. they aren't the same rabbits we picked that day.
Dawn, Paul and Palma.
PS Big kisses and thank you from Harvey and Niggles for looking after us until we found our new family. |

Bubbles
Just to let you know that Bubbles has settled in and is enjoying her daily roll around in her ball.
She is still very timid which is to be expected but I am managing to pick her up without being bitten...!!!
She is very inquisitive and is still exploring her cage and she has realized she can actually go to sleep... thanks again.

Pepsi and Sprite
The girls have settled in well after some initial 'tunneling' problems
(they escaped into next door's garden after building a tunnel under the
blackberry bushes). The garden is now relatively bunny escape proof so they
can spend longer in there. Sprite eats like a horse and seems to be less wary
of people now than Pepsi.(they wouldn't stand
still long enough to pose together).

Alfie and Ollie
Both boys soon settled into outdoor life and
love running free around the garden all day. Ollie is still as affectionate as
ever but Alfie, or Attitude Alfie as he has aptly become known, is always full
of mischief and loves nothing more than chasing any cats and magpies that come
into HIS garden! They love their new 'primrose cottage' hutch and are both
certainly enjoying life to the full. They provide hours of entertainment and
laughter and are truly part of the family.

Jaffa's new owner Jan says:
"We're so happy with him and hope his sisters bring us as much
pleasure."

Max has settled in well. He’s adapted to his
new life as a house rabbit, and is very funny to watch as he
explores. He’s been very well behaved, and he
enjoys having a little tickle. It’s amazing to see
how his confidence has grown from when he first came to live with us!
Thanks
for all your help and guidance, and for looking after Max and the other
rabbits!

Beamish. They(Beamish and a Guinea pig) are fine with each
other and Ripley follows him around all over the
place. Beamish is quite placid so, now and again I put Ripley
in with him but just for half an hour. All Ripley wants to do
though is eat Beamish's food. He doesn't seem to mind
though. Here he is sitting on my bed
Take

Ralph Roxy & Penelope:
they have new names - George, Tilly and Pebbles. George loves his ears tickled but the girls
are
still timid. However, we are taking our time and
gaining their trust day by day. All three are going to be big
softies
They are very inquisitive and are very chatty which we love! We are absolutely thrilled
with our new little family and absolutely adore them.
Once again - thank you.
Love Kelsey and Eric

Slingshot: I just thought you might like an update on how little
slingshot is doing.
You weren't wrong when you said he loves
the ball haha
He's doing great, he's a little bundle
of fur and he's so sweet!

Thomas (one of Flowers Babies) rehomed as a house rabbit and
happy with the new
love of his life Harmony.

Zippy was
a long term resident at NRSA, after being
abandoned in a flat, she came to live with me and received the care and
love she deserves. She now
has a companion a giant house rabbit called Bungle who I also
rehomed.
Hopefully
lone hutch rabbits will become a thing of the past. so if you don't
mind emptying litter trays and an ocassional few bits of hay on your
carpet...go for it!...they bring happiness into your life with their
funny ways.

The boys are doing fine,
Today I've just taken delivery of their new home, I've bought them "The
Abode" from Petworlddirect. They are really gentle chaps, Paddy is a bit of a
nibbler! They really like apples and grapes, and I'm giving them a small amount
of milk with their medicine in, they love that too.
Best wishes

We adopted Cherry. Here are some photos
of Her all settled in and happy. After a Few days of argy bargy trying
to sort out a pecking order, she eventually took charge of Jack. So far they are very
happy together and enjoy hoping around in the pen, and inside the house. She is
such a character.
Thank you for your help and advice. Who knows we may
speak again if one day I wish to add to my little family. Keep up the good
work.
Regards
Amy S.
