Adopting One of our Animals

Any pet is a big responsibility
and a commitment for the lifetime of that animal.



Before getting any animal you need to consider these factors:
  • Do I have time to clean, care for and give attention to my pet/s every day?
  • Can I afford veterinary treatment if my pet/s becomes ill or is wounded?    
  • Can I afford the weekly expenses of food, bedding and other needs?          
  • Is there someone who can care for my pet/s if I go away?                              
  • Can I provide the correct type and size housing for my pet/s?                       
           
We ask for a minimum donation of £30 for Rabbits & £15 for Guinea pigs
All our Rabbits are health checked by a vet
and vaccinated against myxomatosis and VHD (viral hemorrhagic disease).
All our Male Rabbits and Guinea pigs are neutered before adoption.
We are happy to spey female rabbits on request, but we do ask for a £50 adoption donation.
     
Before we let any of our animals go to their new homes we carry out home checks
 to make ensure that they will be happy and well cared for.

We are unable to rehome any animal to anyone under the age of 18,
 if a child is going to be caring for the animal we still insist
that the parent take full responsibility for its wellbeing.
